     Eutelsat S.A., whose registered offices are located at 70 rue Balard, 75015 Paris, performs a processing of the personal data of its customers for the purpose of providing them with (i) general information about Eutelsat satellite fleet; and (ii) information and access to applications relevant to their contractual relationship with Eutelsat. This processing is necessary for Eutelsat to ensure the performance of the contracts entered into with its customers. If Eutelsat S.A. is not in possession of your personal data, it will not be in a position to proceed with such processing. The data processed are made available:

  - internally to (i) Eutelsat Technical team in France, Mexico, Brazil and Singapore, and (ii) Eutelsat Commercial teams and IT support teams in France, and
  - to Eutelsat service providers in charge of the software development, in France.

     Since Mexico, Brazil and Singapore do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, the transfers of personal data to these countries are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Data will be retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. You have the right to access, rectify and erase data, as well as the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability. You are also entitled to specify instructions as to what will happen to your personal data after your death.
